UWC is moving into the future with brand new technology and updated business processes to streamline the way reps and dealers conduct business with us. It might be said that UWC is “e-Volving” as part of our dedication to bring state-of-the-art products and services to our clients.
We will introduce these new enhancements and process changes during the NADA convention in San Francisco in February of 2008.
The benefits to both our independent sales representatives and dealer clients will be staggering. Many of the day-to-day sales presentation and contract generation activities and post-sales fulfillment processes that occur within the dealership or agent’s office are going to go entirely electronic and paperless. UWC is also changing business accounting processes to speed up the time it takes to get contracts activated and paid for to insure the most current and accurate accounting for our reps and dealer clients. New for 2008 is the DMS integration enhancement. Once the deal is finalized, the contract is sent electronically to UWC. Do away with huge, multi-page paper contracts to print out, type over or mail. Sales driver means fewer mistakes in the F&I office and fewer rejects or charge-backs.
Change in business processes
In 2008, UWC will be changing the way contracts are booked. With the new Online Performance Suite of tools, dealers and reps can be assured that most contracts will be activated overnight if electronically submitted through the web using Sales Driver or other F&I software system providers we are bridged to. Dealers and Reps will have accurate and timely A/R reports online by the 3rd of each month and UWC is moving to electronic transfer of funds. Dealers will no longer have to worry about mailing in paper contracts, remittance forms or checks. It’s all done online in 2008.

It’s critical to keep an eye on what is going on in the F&I office and Reports Online gives Reps and Dealers the ability to monitor dealership production reports online. Plus, now in 2008, dealers can get their accurate Account Receivable statements online from UWC when they sign up. There is also access to risk management monitoring with loss ratio and claim listing reports online. It’s quick and simple to use.

UWC’s new technology is designed to compliment, not compete with or replace the existing software systems you use.
